One of the best things to happen to me this year was connecting with recruiter, Lisa Montalto, from The Chef Agency via LinkedIn. I only had one other experience working with a recruiter prior to this and it was not a good one, so I was hesitant when Lisa reached out to me but I decided it was worth hearing out and I am so very glad I did. From start to finish Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She began by getting to know me and my work history as well as what my aspirations were for my career going forward. From there she stood in regular contact with me and began discussing opportunities she had available that aligned with what I was looking for.
